Can I charge my electric vehicle?

We have Tesla Superchargers on property that are equipped to charge Tesla vehicles. We do not have chargers or facilities on property to charge other EV at this time. 

What is your hotel's cancellation policy?

Flex Policy

Reservation must be cancelled by 4PM local hotel time, 1 day prior to scheduled arrival to avoid penalty of one (1) night’s room & tax.

Prepaid Policy

Reservation is fully prepaid, non-refundable at time of booking. No modifications once confirmed. Reservations made at least 72-hours prior to hotel check-in time are eligible for penalty-free cancellation, if requested within 24-hours of booking confirmation.

What time is guest check-in, and what time is check-out?

Hotel check-in is 4 pm. Check-out is 12 pm.

Do you offer pet-friendly rooms?

Yes, well behaved pets are welcome. Our pet fee is $50 per pet, per night. 40lbs weight limit. Please call us at (310) 301-1000 for more information. Please read our complete pet policy here

Do you offer WiFi internet, and how much is it?

Yes! We offer complimentary enhanced WiFi when you book directly, either by calling (310) 301-1000 or booking online through our website.

Do you offer parking, and how much is it?

We offer valet parking services for hotel guests for $45 per night. And $10 for SALT guests with validation. 

Do you offer onsite dining?

Yes, the Marina del Rey Hotel is home to SALT Restaurant & Bar, which features breakfast, lunch, dinner, happy hour, a full bar, and room service 7 days per week.

Do you have a business center?

Yes, we have a 24-hour lobby business center for hotel guests that includes a computer, printer, and desk area.

Is the hotel available for large party/event bookings, and large corporate groups and events?

Yes, we welcome groups and events. For all large party inquiries for groups, please contact us by phone at (424) 289-8213 or complete a Request For Proposal on our website.

How far is the Marina del Rey Hotel away from LAX, and what is the best way to get to the hotel?

The Marina del Rey Hotel is about 4 miles from LAX. A typical taxi ride from LAX to the hotel is about $25-$30, and an Uber ride ranges from $10-$18 depending on traffic and the type of car requested.

How much are bike rentals?

Bike rentals are $8 for 1 hour, $25 for 4 hours, or $35 for the day (per bike). We also have locks and baskets available for the bikes.

Please note the bikes are on a first come, first serve basis as we only have a limited number available. 

Does the Marina del Rey Hotel have an ATM onsite?

Yes, the ATM is located in our lobby business center.

Does the Marina del Rey Hotel offer accessible guest rooms and suites?

At the Marina del Rey Hotel, we aim to provide comfort and ease for all of our guests.
