Hotel Pet Policy

Welcome to the Marina Del Rey Hotel! We look forward to providing a memorable stay for you and your pet. To ensure the comfort and enjoyment of our guests, the following policies apply to your pet’s stay.

1. Pet Fee

Please be aware that a non-refundable pet fee of ($45/$70) per day (Maximum of $180/280 USD per stay) will be charged to your account prior to check-out to cover the cost of additional and necessary cleaning in preparation for our next guest. If room fumigation is required due to pest infestation an additional fee over and above the cleaning fee will apply.

2. Acceptable Pets

(Service animals are not considered pets)

We welcome all well mannered, dogs, cats, birds, and fish. We reserve the right to require immediate removal of any pet that displays dangerous or unacceptable behavior, including, but not limited to, biting, excessive noise (such as barking), evidence of disease, or urination / defecation in public areas. No more than two (2) pets may occupy a guest room. Each guest is responsible for all charges that relate to the removal of his / her pet, including but not limited to transportation and kennel charges.

3. Pet-Friendly Areas

Pets are allowed only in the following areas: Your assigned room, common areas such as hallways and the lobby. Pets are not allowed in public areas where food & beverages are served or consumed, unless they are a service animal. For your convenience, a pet walkway is located around the perimeter of the hotel, and the waste receptacle is on the south side of the walkway. Please dispose of pet waste in the receptacle provided.

4. Pet Control / Containment in Public Areas

Pets must be leashed, caged, or firmly held when they are in all common areas of the hotel, including the pet walkway. Pets must always be on a leash while on property, unless confined to the guest’s room. Pets are not to be left unattended at any time.

5. Housekeeping

For the safety and comfort of your pet, Housekeeping will enter your room only if: (a) your pet is not present, or (b) your pet is properly contained within a crate.

6. Damage to Guest Rooms and Common Areas

Your hotel account will be charged for the repair or replacement cost for any damage caused by your pet.
